1. Define your niche and audience

2. Choose your styles

3. Brief the manufacturer

4. Order a sample
We produce a physical sample for sign-off before bulk. This de-risks colour and fit at a fraction of full production cost.
5. Bulk production
Typical lead time is 15 to 25 days after approval. MOQ is 100 pairs per design, so you can test several designs without over-committing.
6. Brand and package
Private label, custom hang tags and polybags make the product feel like yours. We stay behind the scenes as your white-label manufacturer.
7. Go to market
Sell via Shopify, Etsy, marketplaces or wholesale. Many brands start with one hero design, validate demand, then expand.
