Important: All custom sock orders are made according to your specifications. No returns or refunds are accepted for general dissatisfaction or change of mind.
Eligible for Replacement (Factory Responsibility):
- Material or specifications do not match the contract or agreed sample
- Printing errors or pattern/design mistakes
- Bulk socks’ actual size does not match the contract specifications
- Shortage in quantity or mixed styles not according to the order
Not Eligible for Return/Replacement (Customer Responsibility):
- Design does not match purchaser expectations
- Incorrect choice of specifications or post-production processes
Resolution:
For issues caused by factory responsibility, we will take one or more of the following actions at our discretion:
- Return of defective goods
- Replacement or reshipment of correct products
- Partial refund or price adjustment
- Reproduction of products, including compensation for any delivery delays caused by the replacement
How to Request a Replacement:
- Contact us via our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include photos showing the issue along with your order number.
We will review your request promptly and arrange the appropriate resolution if the issue qualifies.
